  7.   - Changed Ctrl-T (tag all files) so that if all files are tagged when
  8.     Ctrl-T is pressed, all files will be untagged.

  10.   - Added support for viewing ZIP full and mini SFX EXE files.

  12.   - Added toggle (Alt-F9) for alternate Function Key menu.  This menu remaps
  13.     the 10 function keys so that a single keypress may invoke any one of the
  14.     ten supported functions.  When toggled to ON, a menu of the remapped
  15.     function keys appears on the left side of the main SCOUT screen.

  23.    - Added support for extended keyboards.  F-11 activates the copy
  24.      file function (Alt-C) and F-12 activates the move file function
  25.      (Alt-M).

  27.    NOTE!!!!  You will NOT be able to successfully use a .BIN
  28.              configuration file made with previous versions of SCOUT
  29.              or SCOUT-EM.  You MUST use CONFIG.COM to set all
  30.              configuration items and start fresh with a new .BIN file.
